Free Estimate
We visit the space, check the concrete, talk finishes, and give you a written price with no pressure.
Diamond Grinding
The slab is profiled with industrial grinders so the coating bonds mechanically, not just cosmetically.
Repair & Prime
Cracks, pits, and spalls are filled and leveled. Then a primer coat locks everything down.
Color & Flake
Base coat goes down and flake or metallic pigment is broadcast to your chosen finish.
Clear Topcoat
A high solids, UV stable top coat seals the system for gloss, chemical resistance, and easy cleanup.
Walkthrough
We clean the site and walk the floor with you before we leave, plus care instructions.

Every floor is quoted on square footage, slab condition, and finish — so your price comes from your project, not a menu. Here's what each system includes.
A basic 2-car garage flake floor starts at $2,000 and a basic 3-car garage flake floor starts at $3,000. These are starting prices — final pricing depends on square footage, the condition of your slab, and the finish you choose.

How long does an epoxy floor take to install?+
Most residential garages are a multi-day process: prep and repair, coating, then cure time before you drive on it. We give you the exact schedule with your estimate so you know when the space is usable.
Will it peel or yellow in Florida heat?+
Peeling almost always comes from bad prep or the wrong system. We mechanically grind every slab and apply UV-stable topcoats made for Southwest Florida sun and humidity.
Can you coat an older, cracked slab?+
Usually, yes. Crack and spall repair is part of our normal prep. If a slab has a moisture or structural issue that makes coating a bad idea, we'll tell you straight instead of taking the job.
